A New Zealand reality series that looks at the work of the Serious Crash Unit, a police team sent to road accidents, resulting in injury or death, to gather information, interview witnesses, and analyse forensic evidence. Tonight, a serious crash involving a car which had been condemned as unsafe due to illegal modifications only one week earlier and was estimated to be travelling at over 200 kilometres per hour, the crash threw the two passengers out of the car leaving them both seriously injured.
