Former Fiji Army Chief Lieutenant Colonel Tevita Mara claims he was rescued by a Tongan fishing boat after he got into trouble on a fishing trip. Commodore Frank Bainimarama is continuing with legal proceedings to have Tevita Mara extradited to Fiji to face sedition charges.
