Profile of Organic Farmers Sophie Siers and Andy Tait-Jamieson who run a beef, pig and sheep farm on biodynamic and organic principles near Waimarama, Hawke's Bay. They set up Ti Kouka Meats to process their own animals in an organically certified facility. In addition to selling at the local farmer market, they recently opened their own butchery in Hastings which processes their own meat and that of other East Coast organic farmers to sell to the public and restaurants.
