Part four of four programmes on the 150th anniversary of the Land Wars, this episode looks back at the Battle of Gate Pa at Pukehinahina, Tauranga in 1864 where British troops were defeated in an attack against heavily outnumbered Maori, the subsequent Battle of Te Ranga resulted in the end of the war and land confiscation.
