A dramatised documentary telling of a great New Zealand hoax. The year was 1942. The main characters were a con man, Sydney Gordon Ross, just out of Waikeria prison, Prime Minister Peter Fraser and the Head of the Secret Service, Major Kenneth Folkes. Between them they brought down the Security Intelligence Bureau.
