A look at Minimal Brain Dysfunction, a phenomenon affecting one percent of New Zealand children, giving rise to learning and co-ordination difficulties. "Contact" is an organisation formed by parents of children with MBD. Interviews with Helen Cullen, Doctors James and Skinner and parents.
