MISC-NFU - CARNIVAL COAST

A fantasy carnival arrives early one morning and establishes itself on an isolated beach. The carnival imagery, with its colourful merry-go-round presents the conflicting demands being made on the New Zealand coastline for development, recreation, preservation, housing, industry and investment.
