Lawyers for David Wayne Tamihere, the man convicted of the murder of Swedish tourists Heidi Paakkonen and Sven Urban Hoglin, say that Queens Counsel Colin Nicholson will lead the appeal attempt, following the discovery of Hoglin's body near Whangamata.
