Lynell Tuffery Huria

Lynell Tuffery Huria (Ngāti Ruanui, Ngā Ruahine) is an experienced intellectual property lawyer who assists Māori in navigating the intellectual property system and the protection of taonga and mātauranga Māori. Lynell was a member of the organising committee for the Ngā Taonga Tuku Iho Conference held in Whakatū (Nelson) in 2016, and is currently chair of the Indigenous Rights Committee for the International Trade Mark Association. Lynell and her husband also own a foundation construction business in Te Whanganui-a-Tara and have three mokopuna.
